We all lead busy lives. Mindfulness based nature therapy focuses on slowing down, breathing, and immersing our senses in the environment around us, lowering stress and strengthening our connection to nature. Deepen your appreciation of our beautiful Yarra River (Birrarung) and ‘Breathe with the Birrarung’ as part of a nature based mindfulness series of workshops in Stonnington.

This free event, run by mindfulness teacher and counsellor Marion Miller, shows how we can have greater harmony in our lives by appreciating nature and the Birrarung (Yarra River). Exploring Joanna Macy's Work that reconnects, you'll be guided through a mindfulness meditation, participate in the truth circle and discover how to live with more resilience, nature connection and creative power.

Acknowledgement of Country

We acknowledge the Wurundjeri Woi Wurrung, Bunurong and Wadawurrung peoples of the Kulin Nations as the Traditional Custodians of the lands, who have strived to retain their identity and cultures through more than two hundred years of dispossession and colonisation. While living, working and practicing on these beautiful lands and waters we are committed to recognising how these lands were never ceded.
